How long does it take to get our new window coverings?

Once we have selected and ordered your new shades, we typically can have them professionally installed in 2 to 3 Weeks.
Our Plantation Shutters typically take 6 to 8 Weeks to be installed.
There is a chance we may be able to have the work done sooner, but these are the typical time frames.

Is Supreme Shades competitive?

Yes. We pride ourselves on being very competitive. We created this company because we believe our clients deserve the best. We believe we are competitive by providing the best customer service, the best products on the market, the best treatment before, during and after your window coverings have been installed. We know that some companies compete by using the word ‘cheap’. We do not. While we understand our clients want good value for their money, we will not offer cheap service, cheap products or cheap treatment. We also are not usually the most expensive because we work very hard to provide you with the best value. Our goal is to work with you to find the right amount of Form, Function & Financial in each selection. All while providing you with significantly better product knowledge and enhanced visual presentations using technology.

We use our extensive product knowledge and background with interior design to show you which window coverings would add function and style to your home. We will talk with you to find out how you use your windows, the style that you prefer and your budget. From this conversation, we can select options for you to consider. We also use technology to show you what your home can look like with the different options that fit your home.

Do you offer professional installation with each of your products?

Yes. We have great respect for your home. We know installation is the key to your new window coverings looking their best and lasting a lifetime. Your window coverings will be installed by a professional who has received the Hunter Douglas Professional Installation Training.
